SHIPPING STATUS:

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you don't receive this email immediately, rest assured that we are aware of the estimated delivery date provided at checkout and will ensure your items are delivered within that timeframe.

ORDER CHANGES:

Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be swapped for other designs.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED:

If you've placed an order and the tracking status shows it's delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first to inquire about the delivery status. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@pupjewels.com.

TRACKING:

After placing a successful order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email confirming your order details. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your order number, carrier information, order placement date and time, order status, and package tracking numbers for shipped items. You can track your items on the carrier's official website after 24 hours.

DELIVERY:

After your items arrive in your country, your local postal services will take over. You can track your parcel on your local postal services' website using the same tracking number. If the tracking indicates delivery issues, please contact your local post office for further details as they are handling the parcel.

Note: If there is a problem with your order, the production time will understandably increase. Once the items have been dispatched there is nothing we can do to change your order.

All orders are shipped tracked and you will be emailed your tracking number as soon as it becomes available (usually within 24 hours of ordering).

What are your shipping times?

The shipping cost is free , but for the fast delivery (5-9 days) it cost 9,99 $.

Since most goods are custom, we need 3-5 business days to process your order.
